Evolution of art
Art has been around for a long time maybe even since the beginning of time. It is something that will never disappear and it is always changing. Today you can find any type of art anywhere from museums to the streets. One of the reasons art will always be around is because it can be allot of things. I believe that if it is something you worked hard to create it is considered art. Street art like graffiti and other work are not considered to be art by some people because it is illegal but there are many others like myself who disagree. One interesting thing about Graffiti art is that it is evolving along with technology. You may be thinking "In today's world what isn't evolving with technology" but some artists have come up with some cool things. One artist turned a regular spray can into an amazing tool he uses to create digital graffiti. http://hearseeav.com/wordpress/ this link will show you videos of some of the things he has done using this technology. That is not the only way art and technology were brought together. Best Digital Graffiti Blogs - G4tv.com this video shows you some other really cool things that can be done. I would like to try are the Led throwers. These small lights look like fun to throw and use, it would be interesting to see what we could make using them. Even though most of us cant get our hands on these really cool things it doesn't mean art like this wont continue to grow. I'm not really sure but I would think that this type of art will turn street art into less of a crime then it is now.It could even become another one of the many different branches of art.

Giuseppe, I really agree with you about how art has changed over the years. Some people even say that anything can be considered art, I disagree with them because I believe that art always has a deeper meaning than what the eye can see. A couple of weeks ago I heard about the digital grafitti and I found it amazing. many young kids, teens, and even adults that grew up in urban areas look at grafitti as a form of art, which I think it is. For reasons, such as it being illegal theyre not allowed to do it, without suffering consequenses so I find it as a gift that people growing up in urban areas can express themselves in the art they love, without worrying about getting into some trouble.
ReplyDeleteHey Giuseppe,
ReplyDeleteIt is definitely hard to achieve. But I couldn't imagine how hard it would be for someone whose father is a butcher. That would be one of the greatest challenges of their lifes. Definitely the way these innocent animals are murdered is dispicable. I know i can't stop it from happening but at least I'm not a part of it and I'll try joining groups that strike against these things but thats all I can really do. Hopefully people open their eyes to the cruelity of the world.
